I (Jackie) started this site for a whole lot of different reason– I almost don’t know where to begin. However, it may have begun with Thanks From A Fan. A very ill fan of Robert Pattinson had wrote a thank-you letter to him, and we were trying to get the letter to Rob as quickly as possible. Of course, word of mouth is the quickest way to get a message to someone. And with the help of Peter’s wonderful webmiss, Chelle, Peter was contacted about the letter. He later on tweeted, that he had received the message and would pass it on to Rob.
That was the first time that I knew that I wanted to make a site or something related to Peter Facinelli. I was again reminded when friends of mine at ThinkingofRob.com started a project called “Paps: The Fans Fight Back” It was a respect project against invasive paparazzi photos.
And that’s when the idea hit…I wanted to start a Peter site that focused on why fans respected Peter– but also focused on the many charities and good causes that Peter supports. And thus, We Heart Peter was born!
